I’ve seen Dr. Merriman and have always been impressed with his knowledge and care. He just operated on my shoulder and I’m even more impressed than before. He went over the surgery with me in detail so that I’d know what to expect. His staff also went above and beyond and answered my calls quickly. Not only did Dr. Merriman do a great job with the surgery, but he called me himself when I left a message for his staff. The surgery center was also very good; I appreciated that it was warm because they’re usually freezing as we’re waiting for surgery, which is miserable. The staff kept checking in with me, I felt well taken care of. SCOI sent me emails every day post-surgery with questions and reminders, to be sure that I’m doing well, and I really appreciate that. The reminders are very important ones, because it’s hard to remember everything right after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Merriman and all of his staff too.
